Do I need to buy new software?
No. The crew works inside the accounting and field software you already pay for. Your team doesn't learn a new app.
Is this only for plumbers?
We built it for plumbing companies first, and it fits most independent trades shops: HVAC, electrical, roofing, pool and others. If you're not sure, book the call and we'll tell you straight.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your shop and how many crew members you need. We go through it on the call, with your numbers in front of us. After the 60-day launch it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
How much time will it save?
The crew is built to give you 10+ hours a week back from the back office once it is running. On the call we look at where your hours go today.
Will it replace my office staff?
No. It takes the follow-up and double entry off their plate so they can spend their time on customers and the work only a person can do.
We already have AI in our field software. Why would we need this?
Platform AI works inside that one app. The crew works across your accounting, field software and suppliers, and we run it for you with a named relationship manager.
What access do you need?
Access to the systems the crew works in, like QuickBooks and your field software, set up with you during the launch. You own your data and your accounts, and anything risky waits for a person to approve it.
Do you work with franchise locations?
We work with independent shops that control their own systems. If your franchise office controls your software, the crew usually can't get the access it needs.
What happens on the call?
About 30 minutes, by phone. We look at how your back office runs, where invoices and estimates are slipping, and whether the crew fits. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.
