Three layers, built for the operator's time.
Your hours are not ours to spend. Every engagement follows the same structured, minimally invasive process, designed to get the most signal with the least imposition on your team.
Guided intake
A 30-question intake form with conditional logic, written to a secure workspace and synthesized into a preliminary assessment before we speak.
Discovery sessions
Working sessions with our architect. We arrive with the preliminary assessment and a targeted gap list, so the preparation shows from minute one.
Executive deliverable
AI drafts. The architect edits, validates and signs. You receive a board-ready report with a scored assessment, prioritized roadmap and next-action framework.
AI is a growth lever, not a layoff plan.
Every assessment starts from the same position: the goal is to multiply what your team can do, not to eliminate the team that does it.
Cut waste. Grow capacity. In that order, and never in reverse.
- Growth, not headcount reduction. The math on layoffs looks tidy for one quarter. The institutional knowledge you lose costs you for a decade.
- Some things AI shouldn't touch.Culture, oversight, tribal knowledge and mentorship. We name them in every assessment and route AI investment around them.
- Executive alignment is non-negotiable.The stance has to come from the CEO and COO on day one. We give you the language for that conversation.
Straight answers.
Will the assessment recommend layoffs or headcount cuts?
No, and that's a position, not a hedge. We'll tell you where you're spending on the wrong tools. We won't tell you to fire the people who hold your tribal knowledge.
What makes True Fix Advisory different from other AI consultants?
We were built AI-first, not retrofitted. Our intake, synthesis and reporting pipeline were designed around modern AI, so you get a fraction of the cost and timeline of a traditional firm, with the same caliber of human judgment on every deliverable.
What does the assessment actually deliver?
A board-ready report with an executive AI Readiness Score across five dimensions, a current-state gap analysis, a prioritized opportunity roadmap and a vendor evaluation framework specific to your business.
How is this different from hiring a traditional consulting firm?
Fixed fee and fixed scope, with no hourly meter or change orders. A fixed timeline of about ten business days, not three to six months. And AI-accelerated synthesis, so the architect's time goes to judgment, not formatting.
How much access to our systems do you need?
Less than you'd expect. The intake is built to get the right signal without direct system access. We ask for access only when a specific finding requires it, under NDAs and data-handling agreements we provide upfront.
What if we want help implementing what you find?
We can, but we don't price the assessment to push you there. If you take the roadmap to another vendor, that's a fine outcome. If you want us to lead implementation, we scope it separately.
Who is on the other end of the AI?
A True Fix Advisory architect with ten years of enterprise consulting experience. AI speeds up synthesis and drafting; it doesn't replace judgment. Every deliverable is read, edited and signed by an architect.
We're not really at the AI stage yet. Should we still talk?
Yes. Those are often the most useful engagements. "Not ready for AI" usually means the data and integration foundation needs work first, and the assessment tells you what to fix and in what order.
What happens after we sign?
You get credentials to our client portal, a secure workspace where the intake, call notes, draft deliverable and final report live. Your engagement letter, invoices and any future work happen there too.
